inwa8 Terms & Conditions and Agreement

1. General Agreement

By accessing the inwa8 platform, opening an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully agreed to all of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform.

inwa8 may update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page, and continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

Age Requirement

Only persons aged 21 and above may use inwa8's services. Registering or playing while under 21 is strictly prohibited. If it is found that a false age was provided to gain access, the account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

One Account Per Person Policy

Each player may only open one account at inwa8. If it is found that a single person holds more than one account, inwa8 may close the additional accounts and reclaim any bonus funds.

Accurate Information

You must provide complete and accurate personal details when registering. The person who owns the account and the person making deposits and withdrawals must be the same. Third-party payments are not accepted.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

Players must keep their account Login ID and password secure. Players are personally responsible for all transactions, gameplay, and deposits and withdrawals made from their account.

• Do not share or give access to your account to any third party.
• If your account is compromised, notify the inwa8 support team immediately.
• inwa8 is not responsible for losses that occur because a player voluntarily shared their account access.
• If collusion between two players is detected, the activity of both accounts will be reviewed.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposits

Accepted payment methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks for all methods. Your account must be credited before you can start playing. If it takes too long, please contact our support team.

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. When withdrawing, players must —

• Use only the payment method that matches the personal information registered at the time of deposit.
• Withdrawals from bonus funds are only available after the wagering requirement has been met.
• If money laundering is suspected, inwa8 may temporarily suspend a withdrawal and carry out an investigation.

5. Bonus and Promotion Policy

Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at inwa8, you can receive a 100% welcome bonus of up to 500,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and you get a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 40,000 Ks. You then need to wager the 20,000 Ks bonus 20 times (400,000 Ks) before you can withdraw. Second example — deposit 1,020,000 Ks and you receive the maximum bonus of 500,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 1,520,000 Ks with a wagering requirement of 10,000,000 Ks.

Bonus Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for every bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is met.

Bonus Restrictions

• For each individual bonus, only wagers placed on game types specified by inwa8 will count toward the wagering requirement.
• If false information or system abuse is detected, the bonus may be forfeited.
• Bonuses may have an expiry period — check the relevant promotion page for details.
• inwa8 may modify or cancel any bonus promotion with prior notice.

6. Responsible Gaming

• Payments made on behalf of a third party
• Colluding with other players

8. Service Availability and Changes

inwa8 strives to provide services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but services may be temporarily suspended due to technical maintenance, server updates, or circumstances beyond inwa8's control. inwa8 accepts no liability in such cases.

inwa8 may change game types, odds, bonus offerings, and service content with or without prior notice.

9. Intellectual Property and Legal Relations

All content, graphics, software, and branding on the inwa8 platform are the property of inwa8. Players may not copy or distribute this content without permission.

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in accordance with inwa8's service policies and procedures. inwa8's decision is final.

10. Limitation of Liability

inwa8 accepts no liability for:

• Losses resulting from login credentials disclosed by the player themselves
• Issues with personal computers, mobile phones, or internet connections
• Financial losses resulting from the player's own decisions
• Service outages caused by third-party service providers

inwa8 does not compensate for gambling losses — players must understand that gambling always carries risk.
